Position Outline

Functions as a major aspect of the IT group supporting Assistance Work area inconvenience Tickets and administration solicitations including episodes encompassing, Applications, PC/Work area/Tablet, printer, Remote, BB UEM, Communication, Branch Moment Issue machines, scanners just as ATM support. Inside this job, the asset will organize and dispatch demand, and/or dole out tickets to separate colleagues. The asset will be in charge of provisioning application access for the bank application stack. Duty regarding checking the HR lines for terminations, moves, and new contract demand. Will triage end client Help Work area calls and course calls to Level 2/3 as suitable. Investigates application blunders and supports PMO ventures, help with equipment break/fix and resource stock. The asset will exchange work hours and be adaptable as expected to help group and bank activities.

Obligations

• 30% - Reacts to Help Work area calls and tickets. Resolves specialized issues. Pursues archived strategies and records exercises appropriately in the Assistance Work area administration the board framework.

• 10% - Takes part in Bank activities including the arrangement of new branches and the change of gained branches.

• 10% - Gets ready documentation for diagnosing and settling new issues. Aids the arrangement of new strategies.

• 10% - Raises noteworthy occurrences and gives intermittent updates through goals.

• 20% - Updates framework access rights on the inside and remotely worked frameworks for Bank faculty and contractual workers. Supports the arrangement access rights for new contracts, moves and comes back from time away. Handicaps access rights for terminations and individuals going on Time away.

Capabilities

• Required

• Secondary School graduate or comparable.
